Minesweeper Mohnya! Terms of Service

Mohnya (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") establishes the following terms of service for the provision of "Minesweeper Mohnya!" (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

Article 1 (Application of Terms)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users of the App.
2. By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
3. The Japanese version of these Terms shall be the authoritative text, and in case of any discrepancy with translations, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article 2 (Account Management)

1. Users can use the App with a Firebase account or guest account.
2. Users are responsible for managing their account information, and we are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use by third parties.
3. Users can set a display name within the App, but inappropriate names are prohibited.

Article 3 (Gameplay)

1. This App is a free-to-play minesweeper game.
2. Game results are recorded in rankings where users can compete with others.
3. Cheating or use of cheat tools is prohibited.

Article 4 (Point System)

1. Points can be earned through the following methods:

   • Achievement unlocking
   • Ranking rewards (daily, weekly, monthly)
3. Points can only be used within the App and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Points expire one year from the last date of use.

Article 5 (Point Lottery)

1. Users can draw the lottery once for 500 points.
2. Daily usage is limited to 5 times (resets at 0:00 in the user's local time).
3. Prize types and probabilities are displayed within the App.
4. Won gift codes cannot be transferred.
5. Gift codes provided will be usable in the user's country of residence.

Article 6 (Advertisement Display)

1. Advertisements may be displayed in the App.
2. Users can choose to watch ads to continue games.
3. Use of ad blockers may limit some features.

Article 7 (Use by Minors)

When minors use this App, particularly the point lottery feature, they must comply with the laws of their country of residence and obtain parental consent as necessary.

Article 8 (Prohibited Actions)

The following actions are prohibited:

1. Fraudulent gameplay or point acquisition
2. Fraudulent activities using multiple accounts
3. Harassment of other users
4. Unauthorized access or tampering with the system
5. Reselling or exchanging gift codes
6. Reverse engineering of the App
7. Actions that violate laws of any country
8. Other actions we deem inappropriate

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or rightful owners.
2. Users may only use the App for personal use.

Article 10 (Personal Information Handling)

User personal information will be properly managed according to our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Service Changes and Termination)

1. We may change or terminate the App without prior notice.
2. Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance or system failures.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

1. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
2. We are not responsible for issues caused by communication environments or device problems.
3. Troubles when using gift codes should be resolved with the respective service providers.

Article 13 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary, and the revised Terms shall take effect upon publication within the App.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
2. Any disputes regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
