Crossword Puzzle Mohnya! Terms of Service

Mohnya (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") establishes the following terms of service for the provision of "Crossword Puzzle Mohnya!" (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

Article 1 (Application of Terms)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users of the App.
2. By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
3. The Japanese version of these Terms shall be the authoritative text, and in case of any discrepancy with translations, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article 2 (Service Content)

1. The App provides a free crossword puzzle game.
2. The App may include features such as clue display, input assistance, and progress saving.
3. We may change the content, number of puzzles, difficulty, or method of providing the App as necessary.

Article 3 (Usage Environment)

1. Users shall prepare, at their own responsibility and expense, the devices, communication environment, and software necessary to use the App.
2. Some App features and saved data may use local device storage or platform-provided functions.
3. Users are responsible for managing their own devices and data.

Article 4 (Support Features)

2. We may use analytics tools to improve the quality of the App and understand usage.
3. Depending on the communication environment or device settings, some displays or features may not function properly.
4. If third-party services are provided in connection with advertisements or analytics, the terms or policies of those third parties may apply.
5. Users shall not object to specification changes related to advertisements or analytics features.

Article 6 (Updates and Distribution)

1. We may provide updates to fix bugs, change content, or add features to the App.
2. After applying an update, some or all functions may become unavailable on older versions.
3. The distribution region, supported OS versions, and supported devices may change due to platform specifications or our judgment.

Article 7 (Use by Minors)

Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or other legal guardian before using the App.

Article 8 (Prohibited Actions)

The following actions are prohibited:

2. Unauthorized modification of the App's data, behavior, or display
3. Use by automated operation, analysis tools, or other improper means

5. Actions that violate laws, public order and morals, or platform terms
6. Actions that place an excessive load on the App or its servers
7. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
8. Other actions we deem inappropriate

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All copyrights, trademarks, puzzle data, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or rightful owners.
2. Users may use the App only within the scope of personal use and may not make secondary use without permission from the rights holder.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

Personal information and other usage information of users will be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service)

1. We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

Article 13 (Changes to Terms)

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
2. Any disputes regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
